Spida will be centre stage, returning in 2018 as host of the Gold Coast Flathead Classic.
With great kudos for the 2017 event, Spida jumped at the chance to once again MC the Gold Coast Flathead Classic, saying;
“It was a great local event to be part of, and when Danny approached me to MC this years event, I jumped at the chance.”
A lover of all sports and quite competitive, Spida is looking to team up with radio station 92.5 Gold FM and take part in this year’s event.
“Taking it to the next level in 2018, I’m looking to fish the event. Getting 92.5 Gold FM onboard and entering a team will be a great highlight.”

Known for his sporting prowess, the famous Aussie played 291 AFL games, over an exciting sporting career, retiring in 2008.
Co-hosting breakfast radio on 92.5 Gold FM, and the AFL on the Triple M network, Spida has built himself a solid reputation as an avid and respected host, with his witty charisma, and hilarious antics exciting all audiences.
