SCORE SHEET INSTRUCTIONS

This tournament is part of a research program. It is vital that all data be accurate.

Each day every team must complete and submit their capture/score sheet by the nominated times (Wednesday and Thursday 5:45pm and Friday 4:15pm) to the officials in the registration area. No score sheets handed in after these times will be accepted! (Further information will be provided on this point at the briefing on Tuesday night). Please ensure that you check for errors and omissions on your capture sheets prior to handing them in. Any changes must be signed.

Capture Sheet: This sheet is for each team to record their captures each day. Fill in the name of each angler in the space on each sheet before you commence fishing each day so as to avoid any confusion. Should an angler catch more than 25 fish per day please enter the data on a new score sheet. There will be plenty provided.

Please Note: If you capture a fish that has previously been tagged please record and photograph the tag number and other relevant details and release the fish with the tag intact.

Failure to fill in all totals on each form at the end of each day and for all anglers to sign the daily sheets will result in that capture sheet being rejected.

Fish names for capture sheets: To improve the process of data entry and accuracy all trophy category fish must be entered using the name below on capture sheets. Our data team are not always fish people and fish can be missed if a variety of names are used to describe them. Captures not using the below names will be not be entered
